This dry cooking mix is suitable for individuals of all ages looking to get started in the world of high protein baking. Each 200g batch produces 8-12 cookies (depending on how large you make them) which can be ready in as little as 15 minutes. Each 25g serving of powder contains 7.5g of protein, whilst being significantly lower in sugar and fat than traditional supermarket alternatives. Our Protein Cookie Mix is also high in fibre, with each 25g serving providing over 2g fibre, some of which is from Isomalto-oligosaccharides.
